MCC19 Blast Furnace Construction Commencement Ceremony At Pangang Steel 2# Industrial Base in Xichang City

At 9:36, Feb, 26^th, 2010, the commencement ceremony of the blast furnace construction project was held at Pangang Steel Corporation 2^nd Industrial Base in Xichang City, which shall be constructed by MCC19.
     The 2^nd Industrial Base in Xichang City belongs to the key point of the Pangang Steel corporate development in vanadium and titanium resources. The iron-making system is composed of three Blast Furnaces with 1,780 cu.m capacity respectively, which is subject to the general contracting by MCC CISDI, and MCC19 shall undertake the principal part construction of 1^# and 2^# blast furnace.
