Establishment of MCC19

In the morning of Jan, 25th, 2010, the China 19th Metallurgical Corporation is founded in MCC19 Building in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China.
      During the founding ceremony, Mr. Wang Xiufeng, the Vice President of MCC, announced the official approval issued by the MCC top management about the restructuring proposal of MCC19, and the nominate candidates of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the top managerial executives.
      In the meantime, Mr. Tian Ye, the Chairman of the Board of MCC19, delivered the speech on behalf of the Western Pioneer with 6,000 staff, presenting warm welcome and cordial gratitude to all superior leaders and the distinguished guests, showing the determination and confidence to make further contribution to the corporate development of MCC and local economic development in Chengdu by way of scientific development concept, the enterprise spirit, the operation guideline, the market reputation orientation and the social responsibility.
      Moreover, Mr. Shen Heting, the Vice President of MCC delivered the ardent and encouraging speech about the establishment of MCC19.
      At 10:38am, Mr. Shen Heting, the Vice President of MCC, Mr. Liu Xiaohua, the Mayor of Panzhihua City, jointly disclose the corporate nameplate during firing 8 festive saluting guns.
